Hailey Cray, MPHHailey Cray graduated from the University of Vermont with Honors and a BA in biology in 2020, then completed her Master of Public Health degree with concentrations in epidemiology and biostatistics at the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine in 2021. Her undergraduate work centered around the treatment of pregnant and postpartum women with opioid use disorders, and her graduate work includes work on predictors of unintended pregnancy. Currently, Hailey works in the Technology and Aging Lab alongside Dr. Vahia, who investigates the incorporation of novel technologies into mental healthcare, including the use of electronic media to inform psychotherapy, passive monitoring using radio signals and virtual reality-augmented therapy in older adults and those with Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias. She also works in the Geriatric Psychiatry Research Program investigating late life mood disorders. She plans to pursue a dual clinical and research track PhD in clinical psychology.
