Kaitlin McManus, BA
Kaitlin McManus graduated from Colby College in May of 2020 with a BA in psychology and biology with a concentration in neuroscience. As an undergraduate, she completed an Honors Thesis investigating Alzheimer’s disease-like pathology in rats with a human ApoE4 allele knock-in. She joined the Geriatric Psychiatry Research Program in June of 2020 where she currently investigates disease-modifying treatments and behavioral symptom interventions for patients with Alzheimer’s disease. She also works on a longitudinal study of mood disorders in older adults. She hopes to pursue a PhD in clinical neuropsychology.
